New Player Suggestion

Just my 2¢ being a new player myself, I love the manual docking part of it. The first time I flew through the rotating mailslot in the Coriolis I was ting myself but I managed not to bump anywhere, find my landing spot and even land sort of clean within the time limit. I'm glad that when you're close enough to the pad they'll pull you on it, but if my loaned ship had a docking computer installed I would have armed it and then I would still be using it after 20 hours. So, personally, I'm really glad it's not in by default.

After about 10 hours I was building enough confidence that, as I was exiting through the slot I crashed into a larger ship coming in. I'm enjoying this learning part and I think I will miss it, but I will probably just buy a docking computer when I become bored with doing it manually. Right now it's too much fun.

edit: tell you the truth, I would like it even more hardcore! To prevent the aforementioned ships crashing into each other, mailslots should have a lane in and a lane out, marked with the green and red lights that are already there (hey, I think I've finally learnt what they mean!), possibly with the larger ships being able to use the middle of the slot so it doesn't rotate on you, but smaller ships crossing the wrong way should get fined. I'm sure most will disagree, but there's the opinion of one new player who likes docking. :)
