New SRV

I have been messing about with the srvs to compare them with each other i noticed that the New SRV accuracy sucks compare to the old one i was wounder if this could be changed cause the old srv can hit targets better.

Atleast increase the accuracy by 30% cause it feels like it has the burst laser expermaintal mod on.

Scarab is superior for fighting with NPC, and this is "civil" SRV.
"Combat" SRV is more like "Noncombat" SRV.
3 degrees of jitter is exaggerated.
0.3 will be ok.
