"Doing the Witchspace Whirlygig"
I actually got the chair on the 3rd! It was a pleasant surprise =)
Everything was very nicely packed with everything squeezed into a box JUST big enough to hold it. The delivery guy rolled it up the stairs and I didn't hear any clanking or other noises as he did it. Opened it up, took it all out, looked and the directions and tossed them aside (I'm a guy, what do you expect?? =P) and put it together without any problems. It came with a lumber pillow that in my opinion was WAY to thick. It made my back arch back painfully. Thankfully it was hooked to the chair with straps and easily removed. It has a pillow for the headrest too, which is perfect. I'm 72" tall (6ft for the people that don't want to mess with math) and a little over 215lb (sorry I'm not messing with the math to convert to kilos! lol) and I fit in the chair comfortably. The only negative thing I have to say about it is that the seat (the part right under your butt) leans at a bit of an angle so that you feel like it is leaning you forwards. I found that leaning the back a bit back, takes care of that. The seat cushion is not as comfortable as the chair I tried in Staples, but it is still far more comfortable than the chair I had been using! I would give it a 4 out of 5 star rating.

Pretty sure you can adjust the seat base tilt.....you know them instructions.. 
I found the lumber cushion hard work initially too, but wife reckoned it was making me sit better so I persisted and eventually got used to it....or maybe I crushed it into submission.

The base tilt can't be adjusted. It can lean back though. There is a very stiff spring that will let you tilt back, but you have to push back so hard that it is pretty much worthless. I have also found that the side wings on the seat are pressing into my hips and thighs. After a while it becomes uncomfortable.
Must be some variance in the models then regards adjustment.
Sounds like you would've been better to get the wider seat like I got my father in law (no offence intended). Do you have the option to return and swap? The wider one is about 2 inches extra between the wings from memory

I am sending it back in the morning. I have to pay for shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Makes me not want to get another chair that might not feel comfortable. I can't afford to pay that restocking fee just to try out a chair and hope it feels good.
