Makes me glad that I wanted to find a grizzled space combat pilot rather than an attractive 20-something. I visited half a dozen stations before finding somebody who looked the part and never looked at the crew for hire again. He even had a backstory about being a miner turned bounty hunter, which was perfect for me.

oh dude, that has put right big smile on my face.. who'd have thought, the man of puns, banter and close cuts, would get a job at Westminster?! i'm not surprised he still runs the shop when he is up the road though. awesome!

as i was saying before, up here, a town itself is only a small part of the big story.. the people are the bedrock and always endure!!

Well success! We haven't seen a Minger in 2.3 Beta anymore. Gladly so too. I just showed those pics to my partner and she was horrified!

No more Mingers.

I won't comment on the misogyny thing, but could it be that some of the faces here are not displayed the way that FD intended. Original pics appear to be from curved source. Possible distortion? I'd guess there are an equal number of distorted blokes?

But I'm afraid that the 2.3 beta turned her into a minger :(

I'll post a before and after when 2.3 goes live - I had to self-destruct my ship in the 2.3 beta because I was far away from the bubble, and forgot to take the 2.3 beta screenie of the minger version.

I'll probably fire her when 2.3 goes live. :/

But beauty is only skin deep.. Stop being so shallow :p On the other hand I'm shallower than the game when it comes to my crew mates, I found a lovely sidekick but after a while was all about to fire her because she has made over a hundred mil out of me (what the? [mad]), but at present in beta she looks even nicer so I may keep her around. I like my aides to be presentable. :D
