Odyssey DLC goes live tomorrow. What's the next big DLC going to be?

How about bringing back the old Galactic Hyperdrive that takes you to the Andromeda (or another) generated Galaxy to explore? Perhaps with existing Alien powers there that you could interact with. Would take a ton of work, but I think it would be pretty awesome.

Guess the next one will be ship interiors, assuming they get to figure out some sort of gameplay that will not turn into hide-n-seek nor into "that was your ship, now it's mine"

That's all are The Club myths.

Thargoids are super peaceful - even during the war they are not attacking you when hyperdicted, unless you carry a parts of their friends bodies.
Also, the Guardians and humans are the aggressors - they occupied the Thagroids worlds (marked with barnacles - which could be places//things of significant importance for goids!..), while Thargoids are only defending their territory.

What about the recent researches about terraforming Ammonia worlds, huh? What would you say if goids will start to ammoniaform a ELWs?

Goids are 100% peaceful explorers, unless they have to defend themselves. They are wandering between stars, learning the secrets of the witchspace, probably even learned a way to other galaxies!

Stealing a player' ship is vastly unlikely, also because it could easily turn to being either pointless or a cash generator.

Stealing/salvaging pieces/materials/cargo on the other hand might be feasible.

Anybody else find it strange that there's no patch notes yet and that they took down all Elite's platforms, not just PC who are the only ones getting Oddessey right now and there's been no announcement of whatever big surprise addition the expansion includes either yet 🤔🎏 ...

I will never understand the demand for ship interiors... it's the kind of thing where the novelty would wear off after 15 minutes. Seems like a poor use of dev time as the effort to add it would wildly outweigh the reward.

To answer the OP - I'd pay for anything exploration related for the next DLC myself.

(If I could really dream I'd pay them a 100 bucks right now for a single player moddable version of ED)

2024 will be the year that "Beyond Oddessy" releases.

Features: optimizations and bug fixes involving the last expansion "Odyssey".

Lol, I hope not though. I hope for ship interiors, base building, carrier interiors, planetary ownership, EVA, and a "Mostly Friendly" alien species we can interact with (possibly a new "alien bubble")
