Pay for Planet landing?
i heard somewhere that i'm going to have to pay more money on top of the £39.99 i've already paid to get planetary landing ?? ...
dont get me wrong , £3 for a few paint jobs is ok i guess but there should be a way to earn it in game but paying another what ? £8-20 (guess) for dlc ? i thought E
was a one time buy for unlimited exploration and fun but if what i heard is true then that puts me off playing the game at all .. i thought this was a game where i buy it once and with each update the immersive experience increases dramatically .. will i have to pay to get out of my seat and look at my ships interior too ? will i have to pay to go and walk around a station ..

My wife bought me the T-shirt for my birthday but it was the wrong size. To send it back she has to raise a ticket to get a RMA, so it could be ages before she gets a response but the returns policy states we only have 14 days from the dispatch date to return the product. Is there a quicker way of getting an RMA or will FD waive the 14 days clause if they don't respond quickly enough?

I would suspect that the 14 days would represent the time between receipt and the date you raised the Returns ticket.
Well my most recent sales support ticket took 4 weeks for a response .... I'd suspect though they'd be in a silly spot if they tried to enforce 14 days from receiving it - so long as the ticket was raised within those 14 days it shouldn't be a problem.
So, if merchandise is available from the store, when will backers receive the promised physical goodies; ie the premium boxset, t-shirt, etc? The last 'expected delivery date' was March 2014 on the website, and since then only a single mention in the newsletter that goods will ship in January 2015. Its now almost March, and.... nothing.
I don't suppose we'd be able to suggest items for the store... like a wallet with the Elite Trader logo on it? The crest is obviously the same, but the backdrop of the olive branches is different. I understand that the Elite Combat logo is the game logo, but for those of us that are Traders or Explorers it'd be nice to have some love too

I would like a polo shirt with embroidery too and a nice bumper sticker (you may have these ideas free FD, we can negotiate if you want more. I don't want to move to Halifax )
