Dear Professor Alba Tesaru:
I am writing to you as a member of the pilot’s community, an avid researcher affiliated with Canonn Research, and a human being. I am here to ask for you help once again in protecting humanity from the Thargoid threat. I believe in my heart that you have not given up the fight.
As you predicted we were betrayed by Wycherly. Intentional or accidental his actions have now put all of humanity at risk. The Thargoids may now have access to technology which can nullify all of the advancements we have made over the past few years. We must stop their advance before they realize their advantage.
Luckily Canonn Research has long been working to solve secrets that others had long abandoned. Currently a change to some of the signals and emissions from the guardian site has had a distinct change. This had occurred prior to the proteus wave. It may be that Wycherley has either broken or awakened the Guardian communications network.
We have detected a signal embedded in the emissions years ago. This signal has changed, as a result so has our research priority. We need assistance in decoding and decrypting the information. I have included signal parameters and declassified version of our research.
We are asking for the release of any and all information regarding the Guardian communications. In return we will provide samples of the new Unclassified Relics to further your research with the Achenar Council. As I understand it Achenar has not given up on the fight like the federation and empire.
