Purchasing and sending ship deco & livery as present

Hello.
Not long ago I bought livery for my ships. I'd like to know whether I can purchase livery and send it to my team mate as a present. Thanks.

[BUG] - Can't see my own paint job?

I know that most ships can't see their own paint jobs anyway, but the because of the ASP's wide-view cockpit, you actually can see parts of your own ship ... hence why I bothered to splash the cash on a paint job. So I've applied it, but all I can see from within is the boring old grey skin. Bug?

Known issue. Several threads at various times mentioning this. No idea if it's going to be addressed, however, given the reluctance of the Dev team to actually communicate on a regular basis on the forums.

in fact wouldn't it be a good idea to be able to 'save' you're hard won battle worn look as a paint job you can re-apply to your replacement ship when you die, in an ideal world it would come as a 'fluff' for sale from the shop

I'm searched the forums to see if these were obtainable in any way and all I could find were threads pertaining to backers decals and whatnot. Just curious if there was a way for a dirty Federation dog like myself to get the decals for this faction? (or any faction for that matter)

Pirates: Have you/will you buy the pirate paintjob(s)?

Just curious how many of you pirates (The real ones, not the murderous scum) are going to buy up the paintjobs so that you can easily be recognized. It would be fun to see some organization, maybe even a particular station or twelve that you meet at regularly to group up once Wings come out.

Nah, not buying anything until i can actually get to see it. I seem to be in a timezone/country that precludes much matchmaking/instancing with other players - over the last few days of SL runs in the Tenche system i have seen three... Count them... THREE.... other players in open play. Just can't see the point of paying for something nobody can see

Yup, for my Asp, and if I ever pirate anybody wearing one without a pirate loadout guns tend to be used slightly earlier.
