The majority of the game seems to be working the majority of the time, yes there are bugs in the things you list and there are occasional crashes (I had three crashes in one day last week).
A disaster is where almost nothing works for anyone.
Ok I admit my play style that doesn't have much involvement in missions and no deliberate involvement in the politico/economic side of the game might give me a happier experience than those playing more niche activities.
So there's "disaster", which is where no-one can actually play at all in any meaningful way.
Then there's "naffocalypse", which is where nearly every game mechanic is fudged and unreliable to the extent that playing is just a chore.
BGS is meaningless, CZs make Virgin Trains look reliable, FPS is noticeably worse than it was, screen freezes while physics merrily carries on regardless, disconnects, invisible wingmates, multicrew HUD bugs that require a soft restart, several mission types are reliably broken and uncompletable...
Why would any long-term player put up with it? But that doesn't matter to the bottom line, does it.
But don't worry, a fan will be along in a minute to tell you that because they personally haven't noticed any of this nonsense, it can't be all that bad.
