I'm afraid only what was announced will be in the update. It takes time to make these rides and they only had about two months to make the rides for this update. It will be about three flats per update, coasters and other rides will vary. Cable cars and boat ride would have been nice. I suspect yet another update this year, perhaps for the fall like in September. Maybe a fall/Halloween update? With a slew of horror scenery? They are being VERY generous with giving us these updates for nothing. I'm still waiting for some of the rides on my wishlist though. Maybe with DLC they can offer paid ride packs, with about 4 flats, 4 coasters, and 1 tracked and 1 transport ride in a DLC. We still have a while to go to match the RCT3 ride library with just non waterpark rides. RCT3 has several classic carnival rides like Round Up, Gravitron, Double Ferris wheel, Rotor, that would be good for PC. As well as Thunder Bobs, Musik Express, Himalaya.

Basically, yes...and so is what the Blackout will be in the game (looping starship like Rob K describes).
The "Inverter" is a Chance inverter thrill ride (http://www.ride-extravaganza.com/thrill/inverter/) where the carriage or carriages (double inverter) flip 360 degrees as the arm rotates 360 degrees. On the blackout (New PC ride) and Insanity, only the ride's "arm" rotates. [yesnod]
We had all 3 options (insanity, blackout and double inverter) in RCT3. Looks like Frontier is carefully adding the options we want. Hope the inverter described above makes a return as well in the future!

Really like ALL in this update, thinking so much about all the possibilities mentioned in the stream..... the woodie looks sooo amazingly cool, the impulse is a fantastic addition, the fireworks is the addition I was wishing for the most, this is so cool that this comes into the game...thanks so much. About billboards... does it mean we would need to upload pics first before we can use them or only the videos? Cant wait for the 27th...[happy]

expect a similar approach like you can add custom audio. uploading to the internet first wouldn't make much sense. i'm only curious how it would work with blueprints. i'm afraid that blueprints won't include custom images and videos like they don't include custom audio due to copyright reasons.

My thoughts exactly! Hopefully they add more water rides! Splash Boats (aka Chute-The-Chute) especially.
When might we see a 'Blackout' screenshot?

thx for confirming, stuk71. haven't watched the Webcast yet, sadly the live show always starts with the beginning of my traditional diner time.. which is more important to me
People tend to do that with ride blueprints that have custom music. Ultimately it's on the uploader if they choose to do this.

I am guessing Blackout will be this early concept ride that never made the cut.
