Is going to be the american black bore
But I'm hoping for mara or coati (to mend their errors with the so call Américas pack)
ABB has gotta come, whether it's our anniversary animal or in a Zookeepers' Pack redux. I'll be sadge if we make it to the end of support with the most common NA zoo bear being the only one missing out of the whole bunch.
That'd make you get 6 bears in just one base game

The peccary and the red deer we're highly requested animals at the time so i was surprised we got them for "free"
BWR lemur and african leopard are the clonest of clones and least effort they would have to make in a new animal (not considering the old malayan tapir) so they make sense as freebies.
Other than that they are all mammals... But i don't think they have anything in common.
Blackbuck, Vicuña/Guanaco or Serval would be my species of choice.
Easy to make. Mentioned a lot. All would round up roster nicely.
But since serval is the last cat that’s highly requested I think it would end up as a part next packs.
ABB is something I really don’t need but have good chances too.
Asian and Australian species were omitted in anniversary animals category so maybe something from there.

Monkey, bird or black buck would be cool, but ABB? I sleep (it will be the ABB most likly though)
It kinda depends on what the next pack is, because if there's no Oceanian rep I could totally see the perentie
I still like the Golden Lion Tamarin. It should be a fairly simple reskin of the Colombian White-Faced Capuchin Monkey (still astounded by how clunky that name is - the word Monkey is so unneeded and I can't actually find an "official" source that calls it anything other than the Colombian White-Faced Capuchin... but I digress), the Tamarin is such a staple of zoos worldwide, the Saki is great but we're still sorely lacking new world monkeys, it's endangered... it's just perfectly fitting for Planet Zoo
If not that, I also would like some of the other suggestions here, namely Black Swan, Perentie, Blackbuck

Look, honestly it could be anything, as we've seen with the red deer and Peccary. My bet is the ABB, and if they made it a free anniversary it'd be overall better than having to pay for it. It's truly the last essential NA animal, I've repeated several times. With it, NA will be complete (mammal-wise, at least)

Grey Crown Crane... I've been saying it for years now; it's still a tragically underused rig...
Ahem?! Elk? Otter? Musk-Ox? Tree Porcupine? Opossum? Bobcat maybe?

Seems like the American Black Bear or Nile Crocodille would be pretty nice gifts. But to be honest, after the African Leopard, basically any animal would be better than THAT.
Lately, I have been thinking about Black Swan. Simple enough to make from the Mute Swan and would be another waterfowl and an Oceanian species. They are quite popular in zoos too.
