Player controlled galnet/ community goals

Hi Frontier, fellow commanders

I had a question about galnet and community goals: as I have read well Frontier has decided that galnet/ community goals are on a hold/ never coming back. I had the idea that players could write articles to galnet and organise community goals. I would propose to add something like the Council of Stellar Management in eve online. a selected group of players (if not all players ) could decide if the article / community goal is going to be in the game or not. should this be possible? I loved listening to galnet news, I don't want to let that go away.

FD have said Galnet is on hold until Odyssey. I think they also said CGs, well Interstellar Initiatives are on hold too.

IMO, the player submitted articles and CGs were rubbish.
