From what I’ve been able to gather, there are no colour variations for meerkats. In real life, there have been a couple of examples of meerkats who deviated from the usual brown colouring. Snow White from Adelaide Zoo had vitiligo which depigmented her fur and parts of her skin, while Lucifer from the Kalahari Meerkat Project had erythrism which turned his fur and nails orange.
Snowy in particular was famous for her unique appearance, and in honour of both these animals who have passed away I think it would be wonderful if Planet Zoo released a patch with more meerkat colours to reflect this real life diversity. I’ve been interested in this game for years since I have a great love of zoos and especially meerkats, and if I could have multiple meerkat colour variants that would absolutely sell me on buying and playing it
