Never happened. Literally have been unlocking engineers and working on materials for over a week. Not sure what you're getting at or where you derived this from but I'd appreciate if you refrained from trolling my posts, regardless.

Is there a "trusted" resource for ship builds? Would love a place to go to see up to date build info for everything but currently most interested in a real, tested, proven PVP/PvE option for the pmk2.

Multiple PVPers gave you very useful advice. I am baffled how you got to your final conclusion, but we are free to make up our minds after all.
