Populated Earthlikes during the Glacial Maximum

How many of these have you encountered? Care to share any? They are Earthlike planets characterised by extensive ice caps and city lights - potentially even illuminating the frozen regions, as depicted in the following screenshot:

Unfortunately, I can´t recall the system this particular example is from. Will update the post if I manage to track it down.

I've got a big collection of ELW close-ups on file somewhere. And yes, large icecaps are a feature of some. Water worlds share the same icecap algorithm; I don't believe ammonia worlds have icecaps.

Specifically, icecaps aren't a continuum of possible sizes, but seem to come in several discrete sizes: none, tiny (just a little hexagon at the poles), small, medium/actual-Earth-like, and large. I'm not sure exactly what components of the planet's statistics contribute to the Stellar Forge deciding how big an icecap should be. Temperature is the obvious statistic to look at, but it doesn't seem to be the only contributing factor. I'm pretty sure I've seen hot, ought-to-be-a-jungle-world planets with large icecaps. Axial tilt should, logically, be a major determinant of icecap size and location, but this doesn't seem to enter the calculation.

IN the OP's pic, some of those "city lights" in the polar regions are just the peaks of high clouds, receiving some sunlight while the lower-altitude features remain in darkness.
