Possible CHEATER or NOT? I need a second opinion.

Yeah if you are killed in combat the other player HAS to be cheating because no one is able to spend more time practicing than you do. Right.

Really dude, look at the video and then we talk. On top of that prior to me recording our fight we were shooting that guy's shields (Jacob and I), along with some cops that showed up. I ran out ammo and low wake out there to rearm and went back looking for him. and that is when I started having my suspicion.

Yes I am afraid this is a cheat, I was in denial because I wanted Elite to be like the Elite I remember from way back. Unfortunately a well know streamer caught this live on twitch a cmdr being hammered by six, yes six other cmdrs and his last ring never went down after his first two were removed in a matter of seconds. The evidence was submitted to FD so they do know of the "hack" cheat call it what you want. Sad very sad

I didn't know that was happening, I knew they were shield hacks and what not. But, now they are getting smarter making seems like is normal by dropping to the last ring.

I reported this guy 3 days ago and provided video of him using a speed shield hack ... we have had loads of probs with him and never understood how he appeared to be soo good .. now we know

To make matters worse I even gave him props at the end when he almost killed me. Until, I realized he was hacking when I went back to review my video, I wanted to throw up and cursed that <dude> in my sleep, that's low as it going to get for me, to beat me by using hacks.

Are you being sarcastic right now. Because, I've been playing since Beta and I know when somebody is using a SCB, and tell you the truth I could care less if they use one, I still figure out a way to bring down your shields.

In the video, did you see him use a SCB? After being fired on for several minutes? After being rammed?

The most frustrating thing about cheaters in Elite is that they seem to all be using the exact same Cheat Engine LUA script so it's very noticeable. This guy in particular had the "Some Damage to your Shield (until threshold is reached)" memory breakpoint in use. The one lonewarrior mentioned was using the damage multiplier memory breakpoint.

I hope they resolve the issue because is going to get to that point, that everybody will encounter a cheater in OPEN. In which that will be the end of PvP match, and force me go play the Xbox version since they have zero tolerance for cheaters.

It is in the best interest of the larger community if proper channels were utilized when reporting problem players. Report the players to customer support at https://support.elitedangerous.com - posting names publically on the forums doesn't help. Posting names, partial or full or some sort of masking of their name, will not resolve the issue, other than users possibly being reported and dinged for harassment/stalking/trolling/etc.

We do not, and will not permit the Frontier forums discussion threads to be used for naming and shaming. There are other social mediums that may allow of it, but we do not permit such items to be posted here. Make note, that doesn't stop you and others from using the forums PM system here. We do not monitor private messages unless a user or group of users who receive said PM, reports said items.
