I don't understand enough about Powerplay but I am interested in the +100% bounty payouts and -30% ship weapon costs perks now available through Powerplay 2.0.
This is the system (A) that I live in:
I have found a nearby system (B) for Bounty Hunting missions:
Q. What happens if I pledge to Federation (Jerome Archer) and do Bounty Hunting missions in System B and then fly back home to System A? Will I be attacked by Empire (Arissa Lavigny-Duval's) ships or refused permission to dock at my home station?
Q2. Does System Allegiance come into Powerplay at all? How can System A be Federation and Controlled by Arissa?
Q3. What happens if I pledge to Empire but then Arissa loses control of my home system to, for example, Jerome Archer?
I wish I understood Powerplay better. I do a bit of exploring, mining and missions but I don't want to be locked out of any systems because I sign up for Powerplay.
Is that how Powerplay works? Does it negatively affect you if you move around between systems? Is Powerplay meant for people who stay put in one system?
Thanks
