Just made my first pledge to Winters (I know I was promoting Hudson earlier but it was all courtesy, I never liked that old fart to be honest) and spent some time this morning checking out the current situation.
It seems the majority of systems currently nominated for expansion comes at a high cost but will generate low income.
Is this due to the lack of knowledge/interest with the players or am I myself missing something here, there are several far better options then these systems.
Also, I dropped off 20 "units" of propaganda for fortifying a system currently being undermined but the system gained MORE then 20 units after delivery. Are these worth more then the written number?
And lastly, am I correct to assume that as soon as youve hit the "trigger" for fortifying/undermining, there is no use doing any more for that current system?
According to the text, a trigger hit on both sides cancel eachother out and no more will happen, as opposed to expansions where the two sides eventually fight against the opposing rating.
