Funny you should say that, I would have bet you'd be a friend of his
I would've if he wouldn't be such an aggressive and slave-trading good for nothing.
Pranav is to my liking. Control the Media, control the 'verse.

I've pledged, he appears to be a right nutter, although I've been taken out by people supporting the pirate chap already!
I think I may Pledge to him. Someone needs to steer his actions![]()
I m not sure about antal, to many promises, he sound like a politic from actual earth, says something then does the opposite

Yeah, that's what I was thinking too, and it's the reason I haven't pledged. Of course some Powers are going to start off weaker than others, but I don't see the point in one that's literally impossible to get anywhere with. All the others appear to have a reasonable chance. It's obviously deliberate, so FD can demonstrate early on how a Power can be wiped out, and it's a really contrived and crappy way to do it.I've pledged to him and will spread Utopia where I can. But I get the impression that FD have deliberately set him up to fail. Smallest power, bad starting position, only 5 systems (all low CC value, one is negative) and no shinies to attract the masses. How many people are going to be attracted by a 5% infulance change bonus.
At least Antal wants a better humanity for all. His opponents offer stagnation and unending conflict, dividing rather than uniting.
Don't you see any resemblance to Steve Jobs?
I'd like to hear Antal views on A.I.
Building a tunnel of appeased star systems straight to Lave (;

Dissidents are not tortured, they are processed.
come on julio, i tough you were a pride pirate, will you let yourself swallowed into this black hole of lies and kind words ? i was sure Archon and you were cousins...![]()
I like the open-source, sharing knowledge with everyone (even rival powers) approach - spreading "informational material", fine, shooting down "violent protestors", aight - but doing rendition flights to counter dissent? Really?
The lore on Pranav Antal seems to be about sharing knowledge and tech - Antal should do that to fortify - bring experimental tech into the new worlds; not escorting people with a different opinion to some Guantanamo camp.
So, yeah, instead of switching to a different power (or cease supporting any), I would rather see Antal live up to the vision outlined in the lore that's already there - and find some meaningful gameplay around that.
Thoughts?
