Promoted TWICE to Knight, but not actually been promoted

I was promoted TWICE to Knight, but not actually been promoted at all, what is going on? Anyone has any idea? If it's a bug, I hope it gets fixed soon, otherwise I'm stuck.

Raise a ticket - then you will know for sure if it's a bug or not, and at the same time, raise awareness to FDEV.

The third time I was offered Imperial Navy Mission, I completed it in Horizons instead, and hey, I actually got promoted to Knight right there. That means I had done extra missions in Odyssey for nothing.
