COMPLETED CG Provide Aid to De Caminha Station (Trade)

I think someone above made a good point.... rather than making it competitive perhaps the skins should be tied to final tier reached.

and then on top of that - to give a bit of incentive to play it could be to qualify for each "thing" a minimum but importantly pre defined contribution needs to be made.

So for instance in this CG,

if tier 1 is reached the reward could have been gunship PJ but and a minimum personal contribution of 5000 tons.
if tier 2 is reached the reward could have been the corvette PJ but with a minimum personal contribution of 15000 tons.
if tier 3 is reached the rewards could have been 200 arx (or if that is too generous maybe bonus 50mil credits, or perhaps some hard to get mats) but with a minimum personal contribution of 25000 tons.

so this would be completely cooperative, but at the same time you still have to put the legwork in to get it done.

That's a good addition. I had in mind forum posts being like "come on, make it to tier 2/3/4! I really want that skin!". :p

It's certainly been an interesting CG - comparing to other post-2020 bubble trade CGs:
- second highest 25% threshold by absolute tonnage
- third highest 25% threshold compared with the mean delivery (which is itself the fourth highest)
- and yet the total participant count nothing special.

Looks like people either really wanted that Corvette paint or weren't interested at all, with not many in the middle.
I could be wrong but it has been a while since a "classic" CG. maybe people just wanted to get space truckin again.

OK... looks like my stubbornness prevailed, and I've managed to end in Top 10% with over 30.000 units of cargo delivered. Not gonna say - all the markets were drained fast (up to 60 LY for a Reactive Armor), but in the end, I've found a nice Odyssey Settlement with all the goodies, and pretty much not touched by anybody, which allowed me to nicely and efficiently do my mark.
It was a nice flying (especially with my buddies from the squadron).

Indeed, a few days in i got most if my cargo on ground settlements.
Seems like a lot of people found it too much of a hassle to land on a ground settlement.

This was my first time participating in a community goal. The mission is still in my transaction panel and the only option listed is to abandon the mission. Is this normal or did I miss something?

Ok, thanks. Didn't know I had to turn it in manually. I happen to be in the system working for Sirius Corp. but just caught a bounty for trespassing. lol

After I think two weeks the message will expire and your credits will be paid into your bank account if you haven’t gone back to collect them.

The cosmetics also get unlocked when you hand in. I presume they would also appear after 2 weeks - but this is fdev so I wouldn't rely on that
