Pulse Wave Analyzer Hotfix soon, please?

If you look at the video from the issue tracker
got to 0:36 and tell me what you see there. I'm now even more confused and have an even less idea what you all are talking about. Also note, that in this video he is in the middle of the rocks, not above. If anything, this video (from the original post in the issue tracker) seems to confirm that the PWA works as intended. What else do you expect?

Notice how in the first part of the video the glows appears only when he flies a little erratically (he turn 90° more or less), and in the last part of the video he flight straight and it seems there's no glowing rocks... then they appears suddenly at close range (they should have appeared immediately!)

Regarding being inbetween the rocks, here, have another one. Yes, it appears a slight gentle bit "less bad" than being above but that might be because of the ship being close to the rocks. When comparing front to rear, its blatantly obvious that its not working correctly.

I would be very sad to see the whole mining suite going down in an easy and guaranteed road to riches. I'd rather see many other activities balanced towards a similar level of income. That's also something David Braben was musing about in one of his older promo videos, but still has not been realized.
And yet they let the mining be rampant for 1 year , and the exploit of SSD for 1 or 2 month . They now patched it , breaking half of mining mechanics in the process.

If you'd think this through, why not just giving a huge amount of free money to these rookies and leave the game alone?
one thing has nothing to do with the other .... you are comparing / focusing on 2 different things, the high value that certain materials had before has nothing to do with the operation of a tool to extract them, be they expensive or cheap.
Just because a tool malfunctions doesn't mean it has to do with the nerf they made to prices and the number of asteroids, they just broke it in the process.

Pardon, what ingame descriptions? Pilot's handbook (codex) about mining doesn't have it.

in the stations, where you buy the modules and ships .... all the specifications are there, I just put you the link of the elite wiki which is exactly the same.

People just hear VO and go off on a rant, i understand your issue, and yes it is a bug, but convincing the neanderthals on this forum is sometimes a waste of time, they cant get past Void opal without involuntary shouting NERF IT at their screens and proceeding to post verbal diarrhea without actually reading the OP and the issue tracker and understanding what the bug is actually about.

good luck getting a fix though, although in my experience the fix might just break it further....
I’d rather they try to fix it than not try, I just spent two hours in a triple VO hotspot and found one core. ONE CORE! There’s got to be something Dev can do, fix the pulse analyzer and give spawn rates in core mining areas a 20% buff atleast.
