Quality of Life Improvement: Don't throw us back to carrier management if slot allocation failed

The title says is pretty much already. Not only that we often need to wait 45+ minutes on busy days (e.g. patchdays, events), the carrier router throws us back to carrier management with an error message "no slot available", making it a very tedious task to find a nearby system which I can actually jump my carrier to.
  1. Add an indicator to the system selector showing the free slots within the system (e.g., "no free slot", "free slot at 1kLs, 10kLs, 100kLs...")
  2. Don't throw us back with an error message, just show the error and let us directly choose an alternate destination
Point 2 becomes pretty useless, if (1) prevents us from choosing an occupied system in the first place. But it should probably still be handled in case there's high concurrency/congestion in slot allocation on busy days.
