question about cd key

Thank you for help, i am waiting for answer from frontier... But now i know that this was my first and last purchase on frontierstore...
 
Same issue here, My order is authorized but I don't see any key...

I am having the same issue as well. I'm not happy about this at all. The money was clearly taken out of my account, yet I have no key? I hope they will fix this immediately, rather than expect me to pay and get a refund on one, because that's an unacceptable solution.
Have you tried the steps I posted on the previous page?
 
Yes I tried everything.
Support team told me that there is a technical issue with my order... It should be OK today, I hope so 😊
