Have you tried the steps I posted on the previous page?I am having the same issue as well. I'm not happy about this at all. The money was clearly taken out of my account, yet I have no key? I hope they will fix this immediately, rather than expect me to pay and get a refund on one, because that's an unacceptable solution.
