You and me both dude you and me both. I just feel bad for alot of players that deal with this nonsense especially since most of them have jobs and lives and or kids as well and can't put 100 hours a week into a game then get killed by some kid on vacation

You see I think that's totally fine. It's what they should be.
As long as there is the understanding that the game is built upon conflict and pvp and that sometimes it's unavoidable. Calling "griefer" non stop doesn't mean they are. (OP not included).
Shielding against it is fine, using in game means. Bodyguards, escorts, etc. Crying about it and trying to ban people for so much as thinking about attacking them is not. That was/is why I dislike some of Nova command.
Those are nonsense views unfitting for men of their age.

And trust me as soon as I dropped in, the clipper was focused. I wanted you to explode. I think the others just wanted to drive you out of the system so they split the damage instead of going for the kill.

I'd be interested to know, as a serious question (no judgement), what would you think if you found out that the one you rammed had been exploring for 6 months, and was just returning in their shieldless DBE with several hundred million in finds?

White Rider has a tendency to act like a kid when we have a victory. It's quite normal for kids to get jealous of us though.

Its people like the OP that 'attack' ships that people may have taken months to get in a 'sidewinder' that drive people to groups and solo its about time that FDEV actually shadowbanned these people after all deliberately targeting a ship and ramming them should be a offence in itself. Maybe the collision fines should be imposed on a player targeting someone they then ram NOT the person thats minding their own business.
I'm not so sure. I mean, for me, the guy behind the joypad, who works all week to feed, house and clothe his family, and grabs an hour or two of gaming when he can, and therefore has only saved up the massive sum of 4 million credits after 6 weeks of playing, would dearly love to play in Open, but never have, primarily because my time and meagre earnings are too precious to have it taken a way for someone elses kicks. But, the game is great, so I'm doing fine I guess.
