Ranking the areas still requiring animals

Oh yeah, we never did lists for temperate North America. Not the most starved region by any means but it happens to be the one I live in!
Yeah I kinda abandoned that on the trip. I'll try to update everything in the next few days, then we'll do discussions for the new dlc and then north america
So since soon I will need to remake map again, wanna just show how it looks for now, before next DLC.
It got upgrades from Tropical Pack and from discussion here, but not yet completely up to date.
I guess Africa will go full green soon thou...
Anyway, enjoy:

Looks great! and there's a good chance some areas will become green tomorrow

Are we doing our opioons on the animals yet or are you gonna like do each area separately. Cause I just wanted to mention I think porcupine should mediterranian to green which no one else brought up yet.

I need to finish summing up the previois discussions and then a discussion on tiis pack as a whole. But frankly we can already discuss the regions affected by this pack I'll just add it later.

Crocdile, hyraxes, genet, galago, chameleon, birds... there's plenty interesting in africa just not much left from carnivora and ungulata
Kinda niche animals that I doubt we will get very many. Flying birds, primates yes. The rest aren't very recognisable at all to the general public (the chameleon can come from India/Middle East instead). We have enough crocodiles.

Would love it, love the Patagonia, love those animals.

So far all my Patagonia sections boil down to Pumas and Llamas

Id say north african desert is pretty much blue now with the only noteable a
Species missing being the spurred tortoise.
North africa as a whole id call green, as id consider the barbary macaque and sheep key species for the atlas mountains and the nile crocodile and atleast one species of waterfowl like the nile goose essential for egypt and the nile.
Middle east goes to yellow, still missing the hamadryas baboon and miscelanous animals like hyraxes, arabian onix or ironically also lots and lots of birds that stop here during there migrations.
Mediterranian stays yellow, as the porcupine really is anything but iconic to the region and just a footnote, while animals like the european rabbit and hare, wild boar, chamois, european mouflon and domestic donkey are still missing.

How would you feel about a patagonia mini-pack (4+1 easy animals no scenery) in between normal packs:
  1. Patagonian mara
  2. Big hairy armadillo
  3. Rhea
  4. Guanaco
  5. Argentian tegu (exhibit)
I'd just make it a normal scenery pack. I'd do it like this though. Also I think it'd be great as our first pack next year if we keep getting content by then.

Patagonian mara
Burrowing owl
Rockhopper penguin
Argentinian tegu
Magellanic woodpecker (we)
