1080 and 1070 are high-end graphics cards, at 1080p should be go very well with everything to the maximum in the game.

For resolutions type 1440p the 1070 in some games is a bit short, I would recommend going for the 1080 to play without falling frames at such high resolutions.

In the end everything will depend on the optimization of the game. I think it will be good.

The most important thing i care about (tech-wise) is if JWE will have multi-gpu-support!! i am running two gtx 980 ti and a 21:9 3440x1440p monitor....
i never played planet coster etc...so i dont know if the cobra engine is a sli and high-res / scalable Ui supporter :) ^^
