I've found the problem!! I watched another YouTube video, went though each step and identified my error.
I was selecting the wrong station on the Add Commod Prices dialogue box. For some reason I was thinking I was at Ackerman Market and I was at Mcmahon Dock. The fact that EliteOCR was showing me the station just didn't register.

Love the tool.. Just a few questions.
When doing searches is it pulling the data from online everytime? or is it using local synced data?
The reason I ask is that it takes FOREVER to do a lot of searches on the Dual Xeon Processor (16 core) server with 24 gb of ram I'm using for just this program right now. I have done some heavy database query work with this machine in the past and it hammers through it without a problem. Any tweaks I could do to get the app to use more ram or cpu power?
Basic searches seem OK.. but any ANY/ANY or radius searches never finish. I also get a lot of crashes when uploading data I've imported from EliteOCR as well as the countdown counter stuck at 5 seconds to sync and it looks like the database is locked (won't let me add data) until i force a download.

As far as I'm aware it's only running against the Local Synced Data.
The ANY/ANY can take a little while to run, but I've never had it not finish, but then I suppose it depends on the conditions/filters you've set for that search.

thanks for the very quick reply I updated my Antivirus (I'm currently using Kaspersky Internet Security) and tried the input tab again. Is the problem solvable by activating JIT debugging, and if that's the case, how do I activate it?

The problem isn't to do with the BPC, it'll be your AV. I can't find the posts (they're in this topic somewhere), but there's a specific version update you need to do. All I can suggest is reading back until you see someone with the same issue - details are in the replies to them.
Tried that, I'm on page 111 now, and giving up (rather than going blind ^^). Found about 4 or 5 mentions of the problem. On page 123 or somewhere thereabouts, someone says that the Antivirus has to be updated and thereafter it has been the only thing you recommended. I'll try using some other Antivirus when my license isn't valid anymore. Anyway, thanks for your efforts!
Btw: Is there any Antivirus you'd recommend (when using your tool, of course?)?

I know you're aware of the error that gets thrown on the Flight Log tab, however I've just noticed something that might be related to it, or possibly the cause?
Have you noticed, or aware that the Scroll Bar doesn't show the Down Arrow for the Top 20 Visited?
Regardless of what size I re-size BPC to it never appears. Could this be the cause due to a focusing problem on that Grid?

Nope - no idea, working for me and no other reports of it currently.
All I can suggest is that you re-install, delete the ED4.db if it exists, and ensure you're running the BPC as Administrator. You could also try disabling your AV on the first start-up in case it's locking the file, but aside from that, I'm out of ideas.

I tried to uninstall, deleted the files into the AppData/Local folder too, reinstalled... nothing. I'm not able to launch it anymore. I crashes reporting that locked table error.
Unloaded antivirus too, and the HOTAS software (I can't use the BPC since I got my new HOTAS, more or less).

Same problem for me, I also tried all, but nothing. I haven't hotas and haven't installed new programs. Avast antivirus. Windows 8.1 64bit I7 Processor 12 Gb ram. Graphic Card AMD Radeon 7900. Solved the crash but still database locked. After the first error message, the program remains frozen in parsing.....also if i wait 2-3 hours. .

You can't. 4.3.0.3 is only available as a patch up from 4.3.0.0 - the BPC updates itself, but if you can't get it to work initially....
I'll have a new version out in the next day or so which should have a new installer which will be available from the OP.
Another thing you could try is changing your date and number formats to UK/EN (i.e. period for the decimal separator, comma for thousands separator, and date format of dd-MM-yyyy HH:mm), if they're not already.
Search from /to any system "within Distance" does not work correctly or as I would expect. When I search from and to any system with say a 40 LY Within Distance. The 40 LY distance is applied to the distance from current location to the closest system in a trade route on the list and is then applied to the distance between the first system in the trade route and the sell location. I would like it to search for all two systems that are 40LY apart and not include the distance to that trade route. I was trying to figure out what was going on and if I use 100LY for Within Distance I can be 100 LY from the trade route and the trade route can be 100LY apart.
Also if I best fit (all columns) the 'Profit" column is always squished. It seems to be adjusting width basted on the column title and not its contents.
If I double click 'Main Menu' the ribbon bar disappears but the tabs below does not fill the space that is now available. There is just a huge blank space where the ribbon was.
I seem to get a parsing error a lot when clicking on Add/Update Prices. Sometimes using Force Data Download fixes it but other times I have to restart the app.
This app is glorious. Keep up the amazing work.

Select ANY search when you're asked if you want to do a Radius, or ANY search.....
You can drag the sizes around in the column headers - they're saved. Best fit is just that, the best it can do, not your personal favourite.
Don't double click Main Menu
I'll look into it, you shouldn't though as parsing is a separate function.
