The first version, being my HIGHEST RATED CREATION, HAVING A SIGNIFICANT NUMBER OF SUBSCRIPTIONS, AND BEING THE MOST VIEWED out of all my other creations!!!

The improvement made in this second version is the addition of tables (now 19 instead of 11 in the first version).
And the expansion of the building to make it look nicer!
Some greenery has also been added around.
