Reverse permit lock for starter systems

So it's already been mentioned in the karma discussion that FDev are contemplating putting a system in where murdering a player of a significantly below combat rank and/or a significantly cheaper ship will be tracked. Perhaps the crime and punishment can revoke someones permit access if they commit too many of these killings in a specific system which say has high security. A starter system could be put in this bracket.

In short most players can go in and out unhindered, the Fuel Rats, explorers, CG traders, miners, bounty hunters even pirates. Even the guys attacking Adeles Armada wouldn't notice as AA are mostly high rank pilots in Elite ships so it shouldn't affect powerplay.
The only ones that will notice it are the ones that regularly attack and kill players with cheap ships and low combat rank. For everyone else they won't even notice it there which is exactly as it should be.

Permit comes back after say 1 month but is quickly withdrawn again if murders/attacks on weak players resume or if the player does not go on another rampage it resets back to a neutral state.

Nice neat system.

I can think of a whole heap of reasons why this is a bad idea.
However, this is all you need to really think about:-

Griefer gets 2nd account or starts new game.
Spends all his time seal-clubbing.
Nobody can get in to try and help.

It's just going to end up creating a "big fish in a little pond" scenario.

And here is my answer.

You go where to belong, and thats the ignore list, + instead of answer i give you something what you do better to try wrap your head around.
If no one wants to talk or play with you, after a while everyone have enough of you there is a reason of that, and it's not in them.

Curious how you know what the PvP and newb killing community is all about. Or why you even have an opinion

Well, it is possible to have experience from similar communities in other games. The mentality re griefing/noob killing/spawn camping isn't exactly new, and doesn't change much from one game to the next from what I've seen. One doesn't exactly need to be a participant, victim or otherwise experience it in E: D to know the type of player involved.

The thing one has to avoid is tarring all PvPers with the same brush. But it's not hard to pre-judge the griefing/noob killing/spawn camping types as many of us have seen it before.

That's the case.
