This is still going on? Frontier said there will not be Coasters, so continuing to go on and on and on about how there should be is not going to change anything.
This game is about managing a zoo, not a theme park, not a park with rides and animals.
Like voids said, the Planco community is the one who wants rides to be a part of planet zoo, from what I’ve seen on here, the main Planzoo Facebook pages and reddit... the Planzoo community doesn’t want rides.

im glad you acknowledge that Disneys Animal Kingdom and Busch Gardens actually do matter, because they are some of the best zoos in the world
so what if people want to share their opinions? are people hurting others by having a conversation about rides in this thread? who knows maybe the amount of requests will lead to a Planco2 crossover with Plazoo2 in the future similar to RCT3 wild, and obviously if that does happen many people would be excitied and anybody who is against the idea can just ignore it and choose not to build rides in their zoos. The point here is people just want Frontier to know what they would like to see in the future, and theres nothing wrong with discussing the possibility
Its not like people are going into all the animal requests threads and complaining that rides should be more important... nobody is saying that... so let some folks have this one single thread to have a discussion in

We are not talking about Planzoo 2 here, it’s the first Planzoo, and it’s far too early to start even thinking about it, they haven’t even released the first game. Planco 2 (if it happens) will probably release in 2021, and I highly highly doubt that any “zoo” aspects will be present.
Frontier has said multiple different times that Planzoo and Planco are fundamentally different games.
Do you know how powerful of a PC you’d need to be able to run an upgraded Planco and Planzoo? With what they have now and more? (And heavily improved thanks to improved technology and whatnot) it would crash, it wouldn’t even run. You have to be able to understand this.
Again, RCT3 Is an old game, and plus the detail, the graphics, ect ect.. it was able to run on most PCs because it didn’t demand a whole lot, you didn’t need a gaming PC or laptop to play it. The animals were blocky, they didn’t look good (zoo tycoon 2 was out at the same time, so there’s really no excuse) the animals are merely cardboard cut outs used to give people what they wanted, but it wasn’t a zoo game, and so not much detail went into it, which is fine.
I’m not bashing, or trying to tell people they can’t have ideas or give suggestions to frontier for their games, after all, customer feedback is what companies need to keep making money, but what you’re asking is to merge 2 games that are already hard on people’s computers (with the crashes, the errors, unable to load, parks crashing when they are too “full”)
I mean you have to be realistic.

Its surprising how many people don't understand how both games are separate games.
It’s a little frustrating sometimes to be honest. I mean, Planco is a great game but that doesn’t mean frontier needs rides and coasters in every game they make.

As for saying CPUs cant currently handle it, just imagine what will happen in 5 years from now, how will Plazoo2 expand itself to be bigger than Plazoo1? You dont know what will happen in 5 years. So no reason to pretend that you do. CPUs will get faster, and people will want more stuff in future titles.

really? thats what you think? even though I specifically said maybe in future sequels like Planco2/Plazoo2? makes total sense saying I dont understand they are different right? the point is Bo already confirmed no coasters in Plazoo. We get it, you guys win. So why are you still berating people for simply expressing their wishes for the future? Maybe if RCT3wild never existed, people wouldnt be so concerned about this, but the fact of the matter is that a Zoo game did exist many years ago with coasters, so people who played and enjoyed that game will always hope for a new sequel, and nothing will ever change that no matter how many times you argue with people they will always want more!

Most people agree that things like carousels or maybe Ferris wheels wouldn’t be so bad. But I think the main reason why people don’t want things like coasters is because it takes away from the main focus.

that’s all.can you point out to me where somebody said Coasters are MORE IMPORTANT than the animals? did anybody say Coasters are the #1 priority and that animals shouldnt be part of this game? I think you are arguing over nothing here. As you already pointed out, Bo said coasters will not be a part of Plazoo. But how does it effect you if people wish that future titles might possibly work similar to how RCT3wild worked? Why is that such a bad thing for people to say here in this one single individual Wishlist thread? are people posting in the other animals threads saying wheres the coasters? no its one single thread we are having a discussion in. So theres no reason to come in and act like were all a bunch of jerks for speaking our mind
