Rubbernuke.exe has stopped working

Maybe not expect too much. The pleasant surprise is the better one.
As long as PowerPlay versions of normal missions are a thing, they’ll have exceeded my expectations. Though I must admit the mere news of PowerPlay2 has got me hyped for this game again. I was actually disappointed that my evening window last night wasn’t suitable for playing ED, because it delayed my quest to unlock the Alioth permit, and was tantalizingly close after I got to play on Monday.

Thankfully, I’d stumbled upon a good “quick on foot mission with easy Apex Taxi access” system in my travels, so I did a few over breakfast, and then skipped the health club to get the last tiny bit of reputation for Allied status.

Now given that Bill Turner demands mined minerals, the question is now how do I meet that demand? Decisions, decisions…

Just hope the PP rework is really good, it may get me back in the bubble more supporting our great leader.
The issue is still that everyone has different views of what they want PP to be, i fear some may be disappointed.
Really over the moon that its finally getting some love though.

Well, for a few months at least all is well. Might even get a new Pranav picture!

The Asp Scout and FAS Crossfire are next on my Clipboard of Needs™
If we're picking a hill to die on in this game, I'll be happy to join you on the Asp Scout one.

Genuine curiousity, and I'm asking this as a non Powerplayer but how would you guys feel if they took modules out of the Powerplay, and put them into tech brokers and instead do unique faction cosmetics that are cycled to the shop after say x amount of time and new ones are put up for the factions? Floated this idea a long time ago, but now that powerplay 2.0 thought I'd ask. lol

Personally, module access wouldn’t matter either way to me. I originally pledged to Alissa Lagivny-Duval for roleplay reasons, and her special equipment was particularly ill suited for my play style. I’m now pledged for Aisling Duval for similar reasons. Still haven’t acquired the prismatic shields, because I don’t enjoy how merits are earned currently, thus the focus on BGS manipulation until Frontier transformed it into an influence grind.

There is quite a bit of evidence that “module hoppers” have a detrimental affect on PowerPlay in general, so there is that.

The longer I think about it, the more I'm afraid of it all being just a very cruel trolling. You know, before the company blows out next month, give it a loud bang at least. It is better to burn out than to fade away.

I like this idea!
