If I have to be honest, I don't find the animals very interesting, I actually play this game more to build buildings. This doesn't mean I won't build a zoo, just at a later date.

The hotel bar will have its own terrace. The initial stage has been laid. The hotel terrace is extra large because the hotel is on an "A location". The reason for
this "A location" is because a zoo will be located nearby. There is also a parking garage and a bus/train station near the hotel.
The hotel will also have two emergency exits at the front for staff who work in the basement of the hotel.

May i ask, as someone Who doesnt really care for the animals and just for the buildings, what pack/update did you find to be the best/Most usefull for building your town?
That is a very difficult question, because the hotel consist of different dlc. But if I look at what I use a lot at the moment, it is the rod and beams from the Australia Pack.

I personally find such stuff really interesting, especally when talking with people that have long long building projects and i feel it brings a diffrent perspective to what you are used to hear, especally when you can clearly see that the person does a breathtaking job at what they do, which is exactly what your doing ^^
Even though I also use other pieces from different dlc. These pieces can stand out, for example the floor in the hotel is the wood from the arctic pack. but the beams and rods of the australia dlc don't stand out if you use them properly. I bought the latest DLC, but for me at the moment is not the DLC that I will use often, because this DLC is very difficult to combine with a somewhat modern building. Thanks

Unfortunately I just finished the hotel when the new dlc comes out. Because of my Youtube channel I am working ahead so that I have a number of videos ready. And because it has a modern look, such hotels won't really be themed.
The terrace seating for the terrace are now placed. They have also placed a large planter. This was also a requirement of the municipality.

The terrace is fully furnished. The tree in the middle of the terrace is an older tree. This tree was just rescued from felling and moved to its current spot.

I updated the map with the new DLC “Africa Pack”. I waited with this update because I wanted to finalize the hotel and surroundings.
I have replaced some fencing with the new wire mesh fencing. I didn't do all the fencing because some fences look better with the habitat barriers.
I have changed the wall tiles in the Wellness areas with the new tiles. This gives a better tile structure. I did not do the floor tiles because they have a rough structure and this makes the floor less slippery.
The steam bath and massage room have now been given mosaic tiles. A water element has also been placed in the steam bath with matching mosaic tiles.

After finishing the interior of the hotel, I felt that the pet clinic needed an interior as well. I have decided not to make an entire interior, but only the part that can be seen from the outside. The hotel and pet clinic are the only two buildings outside the zoo what have an interior so far.
