Save/Load error is ruining my game

Hello. I'm having an issue with my game that's been happening for months now to where my game always comes up with this error when trying to autosave my save. This error has now lead to me not being able to load my last created save. My C: drive still has 28GB free so it cant be a storage issue. Apparently this issue happens when it cannot locate your save game folder in your C: drive but I do have a save game folder already. I even tried the fix Frontier provides on their website for this issue but It doesn't fix it. I posted this question awhile ago and I got directed to ask support but I never got a response back. I really want to play this game again but this makes me just feel defeated. If anyone knows how to fix the Save/Load error please help me and respond. I really want to keep playing.
