Selling albino animals

I warned about a Player that sells "white" Wolfs but maybe the Wolf has the Gene in it and the Offspring can be white. I will test it and then let you know

I adopted a female peafowl and was happy to see she was white .. I now have a nice brood of white peafowls and perhaps peafowls with white genes.

There's posts about this in the tracker and suggestions area also. Albino animals do not have an updated image that shows them as albino, so you don't have a way of really knowing on the market. Dishonest players are already naming some animals as "Albino ____" and selling them for huge markups only for them to be normal animals they are scamming out.

I bought a Peafowl expecting an ordinary bird. Based on it's icon. But by surprise after buying her and she entered my Trade Centre...Her icon was a white bird. So yes they definitely stay as they are.

PS. If you breed albinos it's like you're inbreeding (fertility and immunity can be 0) even if they're not related, it's the same outcome.

I found out that if I bred them with their parents instead of siblings they end up with better stats and their Immunity isn't 0%. I hate inbreeding them but without the icons changing to the right colour you're on a gamble when it comes to trusting players labelling them ALBINO. I have some on the market labelled * ALBINO * (with the stars) for upto 200cc I think...Zoo name is KaoRu's Safari so if you come across them they are definitely Albino. :)

Something I saw that was interesting while I was browsing the Exhibit trading - there was an albino listed, including the correct portrait. Odd it's working there but not in animal trading.

I have a couple of albino ostriches on the market, I put albino in their name too so people know even though they have the regular icons! They're listed at 150CC each because I want to share the love, they don't have trash genetics, and are listed by Rain Sun Park. Enjoy!
