FD is based in the UK so I assume (yes, I know - never assume) that you should have until 23:59 today to get it in (just look at your ship's clock for GST as I'm guessing that this is the clock they'll go by. Or ignore that and just send it in today and hope for the best.

I would say you have till 23:00 game time today to enter, the UK pushed the clocks forward an hour yesterday.
