Looks reasonably minor at the moment.

For some reason, my bindings are never wiped. Not happened once since I started playing the release candidate (apart from when I changed HD and reinstalled windows and th game, but I don't cound that).
Maybe log off and on again to see if that sorts it!
 
in some cases a once a player loses shield, they get no hull damage on continued firing (will post a vid later) - this happened in 2 of 6 fights yesterday. I do not believe the CMDRs were using hacks - this is a bug. Potentially a desync, as it happened when another player dropped into the instance.

I guess this falls under the category "rubberbanding when another player joins an instance" as all entities will lag.

I've just checked and it's still not possible to synth ammo for Enforcer Cannons.

It's minor but they have a low enough ammo stock as it is, I've not used them this year because of that.
 
This is a useful list.

Please add screen tearing in all camera modes - FSS, DSS and Camera Suite (at least on Xbox One X, 4K quality mode)

(I have put this on the Issue Tracker as well, before anyone asks)
 
As with every update, FDev manages to introduce more bugs than they can fix, and ofcourse, they are not listed in the patch notes and the QA team didn't manage to spot them.
The community excells at this job and can help to atleast identify them so FDev is even able to fix them.

To avoid numerous threads popping up with "This is now broken!" or "That doesn't work anymore!" let's just put together all issues here that remain unfixed from a previous date and have been introduced by the september patch. Also reporting everything using the issue tracker is too much work considering the mass of bugs and issues ... that won't even get fixed the next patch, let alone getting any comments or ETAs.

Please report as many bugs with a fitting description.
I'll try to keep this thread updated. Also please, if you report any bugs or issues be as accurate as possible, I will link your post in the here.
Anything that is not linked is my personal experience.

Notes to Bugs:
All stored modules that have been engineered seem to have lost their modifications. According to Paige this is a visual bug and there is a workaround.

Got another new (small) one :

Enabling SuperCruise Assist shows two redundant notifications in the HUD now.

Maybe it's all just an elaborate way to get people to accept orange as the sole HUD colour?
 
Well I just downloaded the update, and ED works fine with my VPN, so not sure what that is all about. However, I did discover a new bug. A TERRIBLE bug!

Where is the white paint job for the Type-7 Transport????

And another :

Orbit Lines on distant Objects don't render properly anymore (a black "blob" is now covering them entirely when in field of view or when centered via Headlook)
When a tad closer, they can appear partially drawn.
