Thanks for the patch notes nice and early!

It is a real shame that there are only 2 Codex fixes for minor things when there are still so many things that can't be scanned and added to it.

[*]Fixed an issue where body data wouldn't show up first time when using the Full Spectrum Scanner (FSS)
[*]Fixed an issue where the blue scan visual effect can appear on a nearby planet that you're not trying to scan

If both of these are fixed then I will be very happy indeed. Fingers crossed the blue scan one is fixed this time.

Powerplay is fundamentally about consensual player versus player conflict. We think that pretty much all of the systems and rules would benefit from being played out in Open only, as it would dramatically increase the chance of meeting other pledged players and being able to directly affect the outcomes of power struggles.

Whether or not "block" should exist has been debated with fantastic enthusiasm in many threads. I would hope, though, that we can all agree that if it suffers from a minor bug, fixing the bug is a good thing. The feature should do what we all think it does, anything else is just confusing.
