Playing today - Saturday - I have had several SC Locks in OPEN play approaching Rukavishnikov. After docking there in SOLO, I tried to reenter OPEN and got the never ending spinning sidewinder.
Got worse later in the day... got multiple cannot connect to servers, when it finally did connect, I see no nav beacons in systems where there were before. And more sc hangs in other systems...
not fun to play/test when I have to restart frequently...

If I may add, and this is by no means proven, but it seems that if you have created your own group, this increases the chance of "Spinning Sidewinder Syndrome".
I deleted the group I created and I logged into the game in seconds! I didn't even have to do the docking tutorial thing.
How many kills u got?
About 900 since I started killing civilians. 1500 if you count warzone and wanted but they don't add to rank.
Attention Devs..
Bulletin boards are empty in quite a lot of systems middle east pill and beyond. Are you aware of this? For example Taurawa system and HE Vision. Bulletins failing to load.

The team are looking in to a variety of issues at the moment, and this is one of them. I've passed on your details to the devs. If you can make sure you fill out a ticket, that would be really helpful!

Just for the sake of "mee too" flag 
I got struck by exploration bug - t.i. planets after scanning stayed Unknown and I couldn't sell data. Got my basic discovery scanner back though, so that was tons of fun (combined with little frustration).
I didn't ticket it as it has it's own paragraph in red in known issues list

Unfortunately, my weekend had a fair old complement of freezes and spinning sidewinders. It also had lots of good stuff in between them, but the overall experience is very shaky.

I've got a modest 250-odd kills since Beta 2 dropped (bounty hunting accounted for over 200 of these), and still on HARMLESS. Oh well. Guess I'm a harmless kind of guy.

I've ticketed that one, so hopefully it'll be fixed in Beta3 ?
Still got the exploration bug where you can scan a system to your hearts content and still only get ~200cr for the entire lot. Scan rewards seem to be over-writing each other instead of adding up :S

Freezes in Online Open I guess as I have not had a freeze since switching to Solo, the P2P is just not up to the task yet, on a slow connection ie 2meg.
Solo works great as its only talking to the server and not trying to contact players miles away if not in another country.
I have a 100Mb up and down glassfiber connection. I checked my actual speed to a server near London to be 92Mb up/down. I am having the same problems.
Dunno if it was a quiet server update today, or whether my tearing down and rebuilding my internet connection - but I can now reliably drop out of SC at a station(!)
