It was only a hotfix server side for the performance issues. That's what I saw mentioned in game.

So there I was getting all excited at the news that an update was required......I had wild thoughts that perhaps I’d be able to hook up to the adjudication server again once it had been downloaded.....NOPE, STILL DOESNT WORK!
