Ship management broken?

Ship management UI hangs. The game continue working but UI freezes in ship management.
It happened after update 12.

Bad bad bad... it works as usual in Horizons fyi.

There was a similar issue after an update a while ago and a workaround was found where you could get rid of it by going into the engineer menu.

Hopefully they have a quick fix for that as going into Horizons just to access the shipyard is going to get old pretty quickly.

The shipyard 'Manage your ships' UI locking up is down to the 'Disable GUI Effects' graphics option, if you turn that option OFF the ship management UI will work in Odyssey.

I was buying, outfitting, swapping ships in Odyssey yesterday with no issue - just as well I'm not doing the QA as I would have passed it as OK Need to check that gfx option, though I thought it was On yesterday - so many options ...
