Ship Names

Exploration Conda - Endurance, nicknamed after the titular ship from Interstellar. The first journey of this ship was to a black hole near the bubble.
Combat Conda: Apollo MkII (this should be fairly obvious)
Keelback, my first SLF-compatible ship - Dan's Space Brick
My Combat Python, named Spearhead, doesn't directly reference anything, but its ID is TT40, a shorthand way of saying 'Type 40 TARDIS'.

Python - Easy Tiger
Mamba - Love Me Like A Reptile
Chieftain - Sweet Marijane
Eagle II - Scrappy Doo
Krait Phantom - Centennial Condor
Krait II - Big Sky

I own othe ships, but they're the best names IMO.

I have:
Attack Chook (iEagle, my first dedicated combat ship)
Raft (chief)
Omelette of Death (surprise surprise, Krait MK II)
those three are my favourite names, but I also have the egg which is a t6 as well as a few other ships with somewhat reasonable names.

The Galahad - FDL
New Horizons - DbX
The Endeavor - AspX
The Hammer of Dawn - Corvette
The Black Lung - T10
Taylor's Fury - Vulture (Dual PA Vulture nicknamed after my GF; small but powerful)
Boundless - Chieftain
Infinite Dawn - Python
Staar's Bastion - Fleet Carrier

Those my Mains :D

Mine are pleasingly pragmatic and boring with a touch of intrigue... like garlic, butter mashed potatoes with a touch of cayenne. This pleases me.

Vulture – The Ronin (The Masterless Samurai)
Cobra Mk III – The Ranger
Python – La Pequeña Mula (The Little Mule [context of workhorse with undertones of being a drug runner])
Dolphin – The Skipper (The Captain [context of showboating])
Eagle – The Scout
Imperial Eagle – The Jester
Diamondback Explorer – The Shimanagashi (The Dishonorably Exiled)

Now I would have guessed the first one to be based on polar exploration while the second is a Battlestar Galactica reference.

For some reason I like 5 syllable ship names with noun - adjective structure that describes the ship or it's role:

Radiant Judgement - Ferdelance
Majestic Rapture - Beluga
Glistening Skyweaver - Courier
Divine Elegance - Cutter
