Hey -the panels are smaller? They should be like 1.4.
Please reconsider it - unfortunately on some monitors they are hard to read.
 
Fantastic fixes! I'd really like to see the Viper Mk IV get a class larger power distributor with no other changes made at all. It's a beautiful ship and I absolutely love it, but laser builds are far too hungry. It'll be a beast with flight assist off with a better power distributor, giving it a really nice role as a slippery fighter. It'd definitely be worthy of being a mainstay long term bounty hunter ship, which is something the lower price point could really use. :)



The Viper mk4 definitely needs some love
 
It's still a small ship. I really don't think those changes are what it's intended for. Do you suggest it should just be better than the Cobra in every way? :/


It should be a better fighter than a cobra, yes.

A cobra is multiporpus and has greater cargo capacity.

A viper is a fighter and should shine at that. With that tiny distributor is a joke!

And the speed, prerogative of the viper, is now too slow considering the same firepower is available. You can't zoom in and out like before and when you are sitting attacking for longer you don't have any benefit because your weapons are weak and your distributor dies too soon

I know it's still a bit early,

but could you please make it so the controls of the SRV don't override those of the ship, allowing the same keybind to be used for both?

For example,

I use F1 for the nav/target panel on the left. Currently, I can only bind either the SRV or the Ship to that keybind.

Good move, but please, upgrade also abit FDL jump range, ~3 ly will be enough. Now a higher mass A6 powerplant caused less jump range and speed.

Perhaps use a D plant.
Talk about splitting hairs.

Hm. I am still thinking a SCB should be limited to one module, without stacking, but higher class such 7 and 8 should be very strong, maybe more shots.

- Made Cutter's cargo bay move down when deployed to allow for easier cargo pickup...

This certainly works better but I think the model will need a tweak as the back faces have been removed from the cargo bay doors.

I believe that in one of the live streams Sandro said that the SRV control bindings will be entirely separate from those of the ship.

With some eyesight they are hard to read! Please put them back as they were. Why the change?
