Show already visited planet's "notable signals" and change it's name to the feature (i.e. Geyser)
Hello.
I'm currently exploring and trying to fill my codex with every type of geological features, and I think some small changes to the UI would make it a lot easier!
Some planets have +30 notable signals in their surfacea. I've been checking these signals in a numerical order, but, more often than not, Nº1 and N°2 would be on different sides of the planet, while number 19 would be right beside number 1 for example.
It would be just great if the game could keep count of the signals I have already visited and scanned with the composition scanner, adding a "(visited)" to the signal name in my Navigation page.
Otherwise, another very helpful change would be changing the name of a signal from "Surface Signal: Geological (2)" to "Water Ice Fumarole" after my ship got close enough to it. This way, I wouldn't have to land on the normally very uneven surfaces, deploy the SRV and scan a feature that I already have in my Codex for that region of the galaxy, while also knowing which of the signals in a planet I have already visited since it's name changed.
Thanks for reading.
