Its only fault, the minus key on the num pad does not work.
Pull up on the key, take the cap off, spray some electronic contact cleaner down the spine, wait a few seconds, pull up very gently on the key hub until you hear a "gronk", push down quickly and firmly. Test it a few times, put the cap back on
If your model M doesn't work after that - either it's not a model M, or the universe has ended.
