Spotted one of Bethesda's team in the UESP Discord earlier. Said something about this edition including a lot of Creation Club content, including brand new stuff not yet in SE.

Sounds to me that it's going to see a revival of the CC, which has laid dormant since COVID came about.

My first thought is that this is gonna break a lot of mods.

Although I'd love to see them change some things about like do something about the plague of characters that are essential for literally no good reason.

Ah yes, it's been a hot minute since the last Skyrim re-re-re-release. About time.
There's been only one rerelease prior to this.

I would not call ports to new platforms (I'm including VR here) rereleases. Legendary wasn't even a rerelease, it was just a "Buy all DLC now that we finished them all" deal, like almost every other single-player game out there. (Before the time of season passes too, let's not forget)

The meme is hilariously inaccurate. Not to mention that SSE was a result of community demand. Skyrim players literally asked for a new version with a few new subtle features, in particular for modding.

And it seems that yep, there's going to be a fair amount of new content in Anniversary. So it's not like it will be more of the same with nothing new.
