So PS4 CMDR's....Physical or Digital?

Digital for me there is no way I'm gonna wait more hours to pick up a physical copy while everyone else has started playing digitally be for me. Plus with PS4 if you pre-order digitally the game will be downloaded early all you have to do is hit the play button after the timer runs down.:)

If you live in the UK be careful doing that unless the box is just for show!

The psn sells games as EU copies whereas games bought in the UK aren't! That means if you play the disk version then try the digital copy the saves and trophies won't sync as it shows as a different game.

I tried replacing some disk games with digital and it wouldn't let me :( kicked up a stink with Sony and eventually got a refund as they know about this strange problem :/

I might go with the physical release as long as shops have it in stock by (or before :D) release day. Also because the 1000 frontier points appeal more to me than a couple of basic paint jobs.
I'm tempted by the digital version as the download size isn't that large by the looks of it and I'm not planning to sell this game after a while, but from past experience I know that the digital PSN downloads on release often run into issues (download going very slow or the game doesn't work).

Decisions, decisions... :)

I have done the same with a few games and yes you do get 2 sets of trophies to complete, but hey, Gaming is my job, i got nothin' but time.

Just a precaution if you order Physical copy for day-of-release delivery - sometimes items do get lost in the mail. This has happened to me a few too many times over the years (America UPS, FedEx, USPS, all of them). The only way a digital copy won't be available on day-of-release is if your Internet or PSN goes down, in which case you won't be playing the game anyway.

Physical copy for me....call me old fashioned, but digital possession to me is not an option. I don't trust a downloaded game. At least with a physical copy, I can take it back if something goes wrong with the disc. I'm just wierd like that I guess.

"Sold Out" means it's a placeholder. The nice thing is there's a button that will let me know as soon it's available. If the price is right and they are doing day-of-release deliver, I may be tempted to go this route.

Me too. I always like to have a hard copy in case something goes wrong.
