i recently acquired a old 4:3 touchscreen monitor, nothing special but i want to use it as a touch panel for misc commands. things like lower landing gear, jettison cargo etc. i was thinking of just labeled buttons, that when clicked would just "press" a key on on a virtual keyboard. bonus points if i could have it run a macro, like "give me a moment to find the cargo you want me to dump." i dont want gameglass or similer. i want a software i can create a button, label it, and bind a key or macro to it. that way its generic enough to run in any game. i basically i want to have some things on a screen some on my HOTAS, with the ability to use any any game if i were to create a "profile" of binds for it.
ive seen things like this for tablets, but i dont have an old spare tablet onhand but i do have this handy monitor.
any ideas of how i can accomplish this?
sorry if this should go into PC, but i figured its more of a player tool.
