The voice-over volume seems unstable though. What mic do you use?
Though, I believe the focus on speed presses on proper intonation and articulation. This brings down the overall quality of the video slightly. But keep up the good work I'd say.
Consider adding your transcript as a timed caption file. Then one can watch and read at the same time, if so desired.

One thing to bear in mind. You are trying to inform people, if you go too fast some info gets lost.
A good illustration of this is transcribing the dev diary's for the Russian forum. When you do this, it is literally amazing how much you realize you missed (brain skipped) when just watching it normally.

That was much easier to follow
The captions were a nice touch when things did get a bit fast, and the cheeky sense of humour covered the gaps nicely. Actually, this time the only thing I noticed was when you dropped the pace a little!

I think the speed is fine and doesn't need changing. It's more on adjusting to the speed rather than making it adjust to you.

I listened to the first one and thought "the information is good and to the point but by curly hair on Thane's danglies does that boy speak fast".
That said I could understand what you were saying and keeping up may well have forced me to concentrate better......Speed Listening!
So I voted, checked the results of the poll and thought I would click the 2nd link and see if anything had changed for the next vid.
Your intro made me laugh so much. +1 to you sir.
I agree with Ashley that it could do with some music in the background (even if it is very quiet). Perhaps Blue Danoob speeded up?
